- Boil water in a vessel(same amount of water or little more depends on the rice flour) add in pinch salt and coconut oil. When it boils add the rice flour and mix well. Off the flame and when ready to handle knead it(should be loose dough easy to handle). Take a pan add ghee, coconut, jaggery, cardamom per and roast it..
- Take banana leaf(here I used foil paper as couldn't find banana leaf here). Take a orange size dough ball and flatten it with ur palm. Add in the coconut mix and flip to half and close seal the sides. Place in a steamer or idly vessel and cook for 15 mins..
