- Par boil chopped mushroom and matar(green peas). Now heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon and hing and saute them. Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt as per taste,maggi magic masala-1/2teaspoon and mix well on.
- Now add boiled mushroom and matar and crushed kasuri methi and mix well on sim for 2 minutes. Now add milk mixed with water-1big katori and give whistles. Serve hot with chspatties,rice or parathas Madhu rai kalra.
