Ingredients of Rabbri Doudh
- Prepare 1 1/2 of litter milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of Sugar (or as required).
- Prepare 200 grms of Khoya.
- Prepare 1 tbls of Tukham balanga.
- It's 2 tbls of Almond paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of Falooda Sawaiyan.
- Prepare 1 tbls of rose water.
- You need of Ice as required.
Rabbri Doudh instructions
- Cook milk with sugar until it's thicken or reduced 1 kg from 1 ½ kg milk add almond paste and mix. Let the milk cook.(cook on low flame).
- When milk cool mix soft khoya in it. (Can blend it for a minute)..
- Soak tukham balanga till it'the bloom. Mix them into milk with falooda sawaiyan..
- At last add rose water and ice cubes, stir well. Tasty rabri doudh is ready to serve..
