- Prepare For of Namakpara dough-.
- It's 1 cup of maida.
- Prepare 2 tsp of suji.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
- You need 1/2 Tsp of ajwain seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
- You need 2-3 tsp of ghee.
- It's As Required of Oil for frying.

- Mix all ingredients from Namakpara dough section. Add ghee and try to bind dough & it should easily break. (Ref pic).
- Add water and Knead dough.. Not very soft, else Namakpara will get bubbles. Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes..
- Now take some portion & roll it thick..
- And cut in shape whatever design you like to make..
- Fry them on slow flame, it will take almost 5-6 minutes. Fry them until they turn brown..
- Now take them out and mix all the masala from masala section. (You can increase or decrease masala as per your taste).
