1. You need 6 of chicken drumsticks.
2. Prepare 3-4 of green chillies slit.
3. You need 2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
4. You need 2 tsp of coriander powder.
5. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
6. It's 2 tsp of chicken 65 masala.
7. It's 2 tsp of kitchen king masala.
8. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic chilli paste.
9. You need 1 of bay leaf.
10. It's 2 cups of water.
11. Prepare 1 tsp of Malai/cream.
12. Prepare 2 tsp of curd.
13. Prepare to taste of Salt.
14. Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.
15. You need 2 tsp of oil.
16. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Masaledar chicken drumstick step by step

1. Marinate the chicken with dry spices and chilli ginger garlic paste and keep it for 45 minutes.
2. Add oil in kadai.. Add bay leaf.. Than add marinated chicken keep as it for 5 minutes.. As it start retaining water than add slit green chillies and water mix well.
3. Cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes.. As it changes colour than add ghee.. Than add kitchen king masala mix well...
4. Now add curd and Malai and salt and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. As chicken drumstick gets ready serve hot squeeze some lemon juice over it and enjoy.
