Prepare of Yam.
Prepare of Eggs.
It's of Chicken brest.
Prepare of Vegetables (carrots,green pepper, green chilli,broccoli).
You need of Onions,ginger, garlic.

Golden yam and chicken stir fry step by step

Cut,wash and boil yam.
Break and whisk egg with spices then coat yam and fry.
Keep golden yam aside.
Add a little oil in a pan sauté onions,scotch bonet with ginger,garlic and carrots.
Cut chicken breast into long strips add 2 d pan allow to cook.
Add the remaining greens, reduce the heat...and VOILÁ.
