Ingredients of Kunafa

1. Prepare 150 gm of Roasted brown vermicelli.
2. It's 6-7 Tsp of Melted butter.
3. It's 1 cup of Sugar.
4. You need of Saffaron optional.
5. Prepare 50 gm of Ricotta cheese.
6. You need 50 gm of Mozzarella cheese.
7. It's of Pistachio,almonds or cashewnuts for decoration.
8. Prepare of Chocolate sauce for topping optional.
9. You need of Dark chocolate/white chocolate flakes 4 Tsp for chocolate sauce.
10. Prepare 4 Tsp of cream for chocolate sauce.
11. Prepare of for second type of kunafa cheese filling.
12. You need 100 gm of Cheddar or soft cheese.
13. You need 1 cup of milk.
14. Prepare 1 Tsp of Mozzarella.
15. It's of Corn flour 1 Tsp in 4 Tsp milk.

Kunafa step by step

1. Ist mix break vermicelli into smaller pieces.
2. Add butter.
3. For shaping I used cookie cutter and bowl.
4. Layers.
5. If you use bowl,brush oil inside it first and repeat the same layers vermicelli, mozzarella and ricotta.
6. Layers in a bowl.
7. Ready for baking.
8. After baking.
9. Once kunafa ready,v make sugar syrup.
10. Sugar,water and saffron.
11. Cook until thick.
12. After pouring sugar syrup, decor with nuts or chocolate sauce.
13. Use ur fav nuts.
14. For making chocolate sauce topping.
15. 4 Tsp chocolate flakes,4 Tsp cream.
16. Thick and glazed sauce topping.
17. Second type of creamy cheese filling.
18. Mix sugar in milk and boil.
19. Add corn flour to thicken and add cheese.
20. Bake it same like ist kunafa,add sugar syp and nuts or chocolate sauce topping.
