2. It's 250 grams of Dark cooking chocolate.
3. You need 125 grams of butter.
4. Prepare 200 grams of white cooking chocolate.
5. You need 10 of glazed cherries / real cherries.
6. You need 2 tbsp of Rum/Brandy.

Fruitcake Balls/ Christmas balls step by step

1. crush dark chocolate fruit cake into bowl using fork.
2. melt butter and pour into crushed cake.
3. melt dark chocolate in microwave or over stove and pour into crushed cake.
4. Add 2 tablespoons rum into mix.
5. roll into balls and place on baking paper.
6. leave to set for 5 minutes in fridge.
7. cut cherries into quarters.
8. melt white chocolate and dip a bit of the balls into white chocolate.
9. top it off by putting two cherry quarters on each to represent mistletoe and leave in fridge until white chocolate is hard..
