- Karhi:: Blend all the Karhi ingredients except Curry patta in blender. Pour the mixture in pan and add Karhi patta. Add 2- 3 cups water and cook Karhi for 2-3 hours on low flame.
- .Add water in pakora ingredients and make s pakora batter then fry pakoras and put all the pakoras in Karhi......,,,,,.
- Take oil in pan and add onion Û”Û” Fry for 3 minutes then add other ingredients of baghar excep red chii powder when baghar is done add red chilli powder and pour it to Karhi.
- Khichdi:: Wash rice and dal soak them together in water for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside until needed..
- Heat 2 tablespoons ghee Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, black peppercorn, star anise, dry red chilli and ; sauté for a minute. Add chopped onion and sauté until onion turns light brown or for approx. 1-2 minutes..
- Add drained rice, dalni her garlic,,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Sauté for 1 minute. Add 2 cups water, mix well cook till water dried Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. Serve hot.
