- Prepare 1 tsp of Chaat Masala powder.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera.
- It's Pinch of asafoetida.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.

- Prepare of ForPuri-.
- You need 1,1/2 cup of wheat flour or white flour.
- Prepare 2 tbs of oil.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbs of yogurt.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.

For the Halwa:Heat ghee/butter in a pan, add the semolina and fry on low heat until colour starts to change and it gives a lovely nutty aroma. You should keep stirring often so the colour is even. In the meantime, pour the milk and sugar, saffron and/or food color into a blender and blend until well. I made the halwa in exactly the same way and same quantity of ingredients yesterday.
Halwa Puri and Chole instructions
- #Method-Soak sooji in a water for half an hour, after drain water. Heat ghee in a pan and add soak sooji without water. continuously stirring 5 to 6 minutes or till sooji turn light brown colour after add sugar and mix well,than add little little water and keep Stirring. add all water, cardamom powder keep Stirring until all water is dry and ghee show out sides of halwa.Now Halwa is done. garnish with Almond and serve..
- For Chhole#Method- Heat oil in a pan add jeera and onions sauté 2 minutes than add Ginger garlic paste, sauté 1 minute after add all spices, tomatoes mix well and add boil Chhole and 1/2 water.Cook 2 to 3 minutes and after turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve..
- For Puri- Add oil and salt, yogurt in a flour and mix well.Add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Dough should not be sticky or too soft. Divided lemon size Small balls. Take a ball, roll it in a oil surface till thin. Heat oil in a pan and drop Puri in oil,press on top till puffy, flip over and cook. Serve,with Halwa and Chhole.
