- You need 200 g of penne pasta.
- You need 2 of large free-range egg yolks.
- Prepare 50 ml of single cream.
- You need handful of grated pecorino cheese.

- Prepare 1 of garlic clove, crushed and chopped (optional).

- Put a large pan of salted water on to boil..
