1. It's 1 Cup of wheat pasta penne.
2. You need 1/2 Cup of wheat flour.
3. Prepare 1 1/2 Cups of Milk.
4. You need 1 Cup of cheese (grated).
5. It's 1 Cup of Capsicum onion and ( sliced).
6. You need 1/4 Cup of oregano.
7. It's To Taste of red chilli flakes.

Penne Pasta in white sauce step by step

1. Heat large covered sauce pot of salted water to boiling on high and add the pasta to it. Let it boil for about 7 mins till the pasta is cooked. Drain the pasta, rinse the pasta with cold water, drain it again and keep it aside..
2. Now for the white sauce take a deep dish add the wheat flour to it and then slowly keep adding the milk to it and whisk properly till it turns out into a smooth batter..
3. Make sure there should be no lumps of wheat in it. If the batter is too thick add some water as per to get a smooth consistency. Once this is done keep it aside..
