- Prepare 2 of boiled Potatoes (mash it).
- It's 1/2 cup of Cornflour/Rice flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need to Taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cummin powder.
- It's Pinch of Blackpepper powder.

- Mix all well and knead with water to soft dough. Put dough in sev machine with chakri mould. Put oil in a wok and keep on flame, use tart moulds, swirl chakri in swirl in the tart mould when 4 done put in hot oil with mould on, splash oil on each chakri when it's creamish brown turn the mould and remove it, let chakri katori be done on the other side. Like wise remove other moulds, remove katoris when they are golden brown in colour....
