Ingredients of Milky Pudding
- Prepare 2-1/2 cup/ 750 ml of Milk.
- You need 10 gram of china grass/ agar agar.
- It's 1 cup/ 200 grams of sugar.
- You need 3/4 cup of water.
- It's as needed of Few drops rose essence.
- Prepare 2 tsp of rose syrup.
- It's Pinch of green colour.
- You need 2 tsp of Khus syrup.
- It's As needed of Few oil drops for greasing mould.
Milky Pudding instructions
- Firstly take all your ingridents you need..
- Take China grass or agar agar and break in to small pieces..
- Soak China grass in 3/4 cup of water for 10 minutes..
- Take milk in a sauce pan add in sugar mix well and heat till it is got a little thick. Once it comes to a boil remove it from heat and set aside..
- Now heat the China grass and mix well it is melted. Now pour this into the milk mix.
- Now it is melted and strain the mix. Now divide the mixture into two parts..
- In one part add rose essence and rose syrup and in second part add green food colour and Khus syrup. And mix well..
- Brush a mould lightly with oil pour the pudding mixture in and let this cool a bit..
- Put this tray in fridge to set for 3-4 hours. Now it is all set cut into desire shape invert it. Enjoy..
