Add sesame seeds,3 more mins to go,heat off and transfer to mixing bowl.
Chop coriander and remain hot chilli,while the sauce is simmering.
When sauce compleatly cool add chop chilli and coriander,now ready to use as dipping sauce for grills or with thai style suki yaki :).
