1. Prepare Smoked Kabab : - In chopper,add onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander and chop well.
1. Add mutton mince,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed, salt,garam masala powder and chop until well combined.
