- Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, splash in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Whisk for 1 minute.
- Melt a knob of butter in a small non stock pan and add in the whisked eggs.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread under the grill or in a toaster.
